気になった点 : 設備とサービス
I was new to the area and didn't know the area and it sounded like a good place to stay, the website description was good and there were good reviews which I believe now negative reviews were erased and only the good reviews were left up. The room was clean but not professionally maintained, there were cracks in the walls and screws in the walls with nothing attached to them. One room across the parking lot was converted into a guest laundry room but when I went in there there was a horrific smell so I didn't use it. I believe some of the tenants in the rooms were were long-term - a woman next door to me who had two small dogs was constantly screaming at her dogs, many times during the day and many times at night. I almost complained about her but I knew I wouldn't be there long. The front of the hotel wasn't attractive but it looked it looked taken care of however the back of the hotel were all of the rooms and parking lot that I mentioned earlier were was neglected. People who I believe to be the housekeeping staff were constantly yelling at each other across the parking lot instead of meeting face to face. I felt that was very unprofessional.
