"I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! "

"This was a very comfy house for our group of 6 adults. House was clean and homey feeling. The host was very receptive to communication and easy check-in and out. Good location if attending Vols game as it wasn’t too far away from Neyland Stadium. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Knoxville. "

"The cottage was clean, the listing is accurate and the location is about 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville. It is conveniently located to grocery, restaurants and gas stations. We were visiting for a UTK game weekend so did not spend a lot of time at the property but if you need those amenities they are close by. One negative is that other than 4 coffee mugs there is no other drink wear so if you plan to utilize the kitchen plan accordingly. Other than that it suited our needs."
