「We had cottage #17. The cottage was excellent and very clean. Everything worked like it should, good water pressure, washer/dryer in the cottage, and 2 bathrooms! Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. 「The house was very clean excellent location.」

「We had a great stay overall! The property overall was very clean. We really enjoyed the pool . I would advise to check about bed sizes as on vrbo it is listed that every room had a queen size and they were double. It made for very uncomfortable sleeping for our family.」

「Great host, very welcoming」

「Lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was easy to feel at home for our week. Just know that hardwood floors in historic homes creak - part of the character, but an early riser can't tiptoe quietly in the kitchen! The host was very respectful of our privacy, while always very friendly and welcoming.」

「The balcony was nice to sit on in the morning to watch the Black River while drinking coffee. The home is as advertised on VRBO listing. Mattresses were comfortable. It is nice to have a washer and dryer on site.」

「Very nice and clean place, fantastic layout to hangout with your family, nice views. Staff was fantastic to deal with.」

「Stayed one evening the home was clean and as described. Host was quick to respond to any concerns. Would stay again.」
