Welcome to this modern and spacious apartment in downtown Thorold. Located just a short drive away from Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake, this apartment is centrally located so that you can enjoy all that the Niagara Region has to offer. Spend time in the charming downtown Thorold area with shops, restaurants and cafes just a walk away. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a tv, this space is perfect for a family or group of friends.

You have full access to all rooms in the apartment as well as access to the washer and dryer.

There is a staircase to get up to the unit as it is on the second floor.
Plug in available for electric cars as well as plug in for Tesla.
One parking space is included at rear of building. Additional spaces are available in a nearby public lot. It is free on weekends & holidays, as well as overnight. It is $1 per 2 hours from 7am-6pm.
