「Its a quiet neighborhood, place was clean, bed is very comfortable. The pull out couch for sleeping is not that great. My daughter's didnt get a good sleep as they felt the metal parts of the couch. I checked to see and yeah not that great.
Everything else is good. There is a dishwasher, keurig, stove, microwave, fridge. Oh and its nice and cool! Great for the summer heat.」

「This two-bedroom basement apartment is nice and clean. The surroundings are quiet and welcoming. There are still a few things to pay attention to. The biggest problem is structural in nature and makes this apartment virtually uninhabitable outside the dry season. When it rains, the area in front of the main entrance floods, and water can seep all the way into the living room and soak the carpet.」

「Clean rooms, some loose construction materials and broken accessories ie the towel holder for the bathroom was broken and the bar and the hardware was on the window sill in the leaving room. Loose screws ontop of the fridge. And more construction materials in the cabinets
