You`ll enjoy access to one of the area`s best amenities center, including 2 indoor pools, hot tub, 2 outdoor pools, on-site ski mountain and pond with beach, and seasonal on-site bars and dining. Ideally located in the heart of the White Mountains, you`ll be just a stone`s throw from the area`s top attractions, but there`s so much right on-site to enjoy!

Waterville Estates is a resort community in the heart of the White Mountains. On-site amenities include:

one pass to the rec center is included, day passes will need to be purchased for remaining guests. We only allow 7 guests in the house, so only 7 guests will be allowed entry into the rec building.

• Seniors 65 plus - $10.00

• Children 7 and under are free
• Twilight pass after 4:00 PM
• Adults $10 per person
• Seniors and Children 8-17 - $5.00
• Midweek Day Pass (Monday - Friday)
• Adults (18-64) - $10.00
• Seniors (65+) - $5.00
• Children (8-17) - $5.00
• Children 7 and under are free
