"An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me."

"Stayed twice this year over night as we were attending shows at the Atkinson. Stayed many times when it was the Ramada but not again until this year and very very pleased that the standards were still as high now. Room was very clean and tidy the bathroom was very clean. Very quiet on both occasions and on this recent occasion the access road to the car park has been rebuilt as the work for the new Marine Leisure Centre has started it’s now directly after the Hotel on the left as you approach from the town centre. Will hopefully stay again next year."

"The hotel is a bit run down in places but still such a beautiful building but what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff, nothing is too much trouble. The lady that checked us in and went above and beyond to the Melissa who helped us with room service despite being run off her feet. The breakfast is outstanding again the staff on hand to assist. Parking is available on site. I would not stay anywhere else when visiting Blackpool!!!"

"This is a lovely old fashioned seaside hotel, I arrived very late in the evening, picked my key up from the bar, which was easy. The bar was lively and loud with entertainment but could only be heard slightly in the room. The room itself was very clean with everything you could need and sockets by the bed and lights and sockets near the mirrors. The decor was charmingly vintage but absolutely fine. The shower worked fine but probably needs a bit of attention as was leaking a bit when turned on. The staff were really sweet and welcoming and the whole place is very dog friendly."
