"From start to finish, staff, property, and accommodations A+"

"My room was very clean. My coworkers’s room smelled like an ashtray so he requested another room after further discussion they did move him. There is some maintenance items that need to be taken care of in these rooms and the fact there is no broadcast TV only smart TV apps that you have to log into with your own information I was not particularly enthused about. Also, they should note that the garage has a height limit. Luckily, we came in with my vehicle and left our installed vehicle offsite. There was only 16 people staying at the hotel that night in the in-house restaurant appeared to be not open due to lack of customers which was disappointing because that was one of the factors why I chose that hotel for my coworkers."

"Nice staff and room Bathroom is very awkward to go in and out of. We had a major problem in the morning when very loud electrical construction was started right under our room at 8 am Since we were near the lobby, which was very noisy till after 10:30pm and we had long days of travel, we had hoped to rest in the morning. The inn was not full so am not sure why they gave us a room right above the construction or why they hadn’t asked the contractor to come after check Out time. Very unhappy with the thoughtlessness involved here. "

"The hotel has not been updated, and it would’ve been fine, if it was clean, but it wasn’t. There are stains on the carpet, we found someone else’s sock under the bed, the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were broken and stained, the tub was lined with mold, and the sink looked like it was falling off the wall. As we were checking in, another guest was complaining about it raining in her room (it was raining outside). You also cannot flush the toilet before showering. I will never stay here again."

"I had a really enjoyable stay at this cabin overall. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip. It’s clear they care about their guests’ experience, which made a big difference.The location itself is one of the best parts—tucked away in a peaceful, quiet setting that’s perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the usual noise. Waking up to nature and having that sense of calm all around was exactly what I was looking for.That said, the cabin could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. It wasn’t anything that completely ruined the stay, but it was noticeable enough to mention and something that could easily elevate the experience even more.All in all, a lovely getaway with a great host and beautiful surroundings—just a little more attention to cleanliness would make it truly exceptional."
