「We booked by Expedia and when we went to check in one of the rooms we booked wasn’t available so they offered us to bed room instead of the king. Language was a barrier as he said single bed so I requested a discount as I didn’t pay for a single bed. When we finally got to the room it was two double beds. He gave us a fair discount with breakfast vouchers. It is a choice of3 breakfast. Coffee or tea. Looks like they are trying to do their best with an old place. Pub had okay pub fair food.」

「We originally booked a two-night stay at this hotel, but our plans changed and we only needed to stay one night. The next morning, I contacted the front desk to ask if I could get a refund for the unused night, and the staff member kindly agreed. We received the refund very quickly. Thank you so much for your excellent service and friendly attitude. We really appreciate it!」
