"Disappointed overall. No complimentary breakfast with stay. On site breakfast was limited and expensive. No stationary, pen, or TV channel guide/instructions in room. No ice machine available near rooms, had to go to lobby to get. Wouldn't recommend or stay there again."

"Great view. Hated that the 5th floor bar was open to the public. Half of the front desk staff were unfriendly. They other half were courteous and helpful. Waitress at breakfast went out of her way to interact with my 5 year old and was the highlight of our visit."

"“Budget “ room with extremely shabby furnishings and damaged walls was also not cleaned well. I was upgraded to an equivalent “deluxe “ room at no additional cost- normally an extra $6. Deluxe was same size room with shabby furnishings, a very old hair dryer and a bit cleaner. "
