Riverfront New River Cabin - Relax and Renew - Family Cabin Near Boone
8/10 Good
"We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the river across the street. The cabin was nice and clean. It is definitely located in the woods. Not a whole lot of traffic. Nice and quiet. We got to experience cool, wet weather and sunny warm weather. When we got there, we had to make our own beds. We thought that was odd because other cabins we have stayed at, the beds were already made. Also, the first 4 days, the fireplace would not light. Steve did have someone come out and fix it when we notified him.Although this cabin is located in the woods, it is close to a lot of attractions around the Boone area. Todd is definitely a quiet little community with friendly people. You can enjoy music at Todd Mercantile on Friday nights."
Peaceful little Cabin located along the banks of a serene Trout Stream
8/10 Good
"The cabin was nice for 2 people. The proximity to Grayson Highlands was great. The mattress was not great and with two people it puddled in the middle, one of us ended up sleeping on the couch. The linens that were on the bed when we arrived were clean but had balls where people slept, there was a better set available so we used it. The hot tub was new and clean. The shower head was extremely low for anyone over 5 ft and the water pressure was low only in the shower. The proximity to the river was nice and sitting on the back porch or in the hot tub listening to the water was the highlight of the cabin."
The Cabins at Healing Springs
8/10 Good
"Would have liked to have talked to someone at some at some point. I always ask about places to see, points of interest, local hikes, etc. Also, an ice machine in the office would be a great addition. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and relaxing."
