The holiday home has a living area of 145m². There are three bedrooms with double beds and one children's room with bunk beds. The cozy living room is equipped with satellite TV, audio system, telephone, and a wood-burning stove. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave. Both bathrooms with showers have hot and cold running water. A washing machine and solarium are also available. The pool area has underfloor heating and central heating. The 3 x 6 m pool is equipped with a counter-current system. A glass wall with a door to the pool area and the conservatory separates the living room from the pool area.

Newly installed in 2013, solar panels and an air/water heat pump reduce energy costs. Internet access is available.
