「The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

Système efficace de boite à clefs pour récupérer et déposer les clefs. Équipements fonctionnels, appartement spacieux, literie confortable, pas de problème technique à déplorer. Petit bémol sur la prestation ménage qui n'était pas à la hauteur. Nous recommandons ce logement!」

「Lovely property and very effective process for check in, etc. Great support if required as well so very impressed. However, the surrounding area seemed to be a deprived inner suburb of Luxembourg City so we felt uncomfortable travelling to and from the city.」

「The apartment is in a great location on the edge of the pedestrianized old town (Haut Ville), but faces towards a convenient transit hub for buses and trams. Despite all of that bustle, the apartment is very quiet when the balcony doors are closed. It was clean, spacious, modern, and all on one floor. We were given good information for accessing the apartment (self check-in) and how things operated. We would recommend this apartment.」

「Oh boy… I’ll start with the pros: Ground floor It’s just like the pictures. About half mile from old town so it was an easy walk. Quiet building, quiet street 1 car garage Washer and dryer in the building. We loved getting videos with instructions to access building, access garage and how to use the laundry area.
