"We are a family of 8 adults and 6 little ones under the age of 12. This property was perfect for our needs. Lots of interior space, and also lots of outdoor space to enjoy. The little ones practically lived in the pool. The house was clean, and had every amenity we needed.We would stay here again if we are in the area.Thank you Mireille and NeliaJim & Sue"

"Our family had a great stay and the condo is centrally located to the Marbella and Malaga areas. The condo was quiet, clean, and the kitchen well stocked to make meals at home. You definitely want a car to get around and the garage parking was a huge bonus instead of trying to find tight street parallel parking each night. The pool area was nice and I felt safe at this location. If you drive to the top of the new neighborhood (golf course) there is a lovely restaurant and view. "

"We were four people, but the accommodation was only prepared for two. There was no toilet paper, the water was completely cut off for an entire day, and on the other days, it was shut off every evening. There were no dishes or kitchen utensils, and the place was infested with ants. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, offering zero comfort. The door was constantly stuck and very difficult to open. Everything I’ve described was recorded. I have video evidence of all of it. We even met another guest who didn’t have a code to enter the accommodation. There was no one at the reception to assist with any of these issues."

"The property was exceptionally clean. A little dated but clearly high end furnishings. Large and comfortable. The air con worked well. The balcony was huge. Friendly service apart from the bar/restaurant but this is run by a third party. Shame because the rest of the hotel was excellent. "

"We stayed here in February 2025 and the first disappointment was that the restaurant was closed and this was not notified to us and there is only one other restaurant in walking distance.The property and site are very nice and the host Alan and the cleaner Ashley were very helpful. Unfortunately the site is situated the wrong side of the motorway making it difficult to access the beach.The property does not appear to have been recently renovated as stated in the information. The poolside patio is very dated and needs renovation. The kitchen is short of many basic cooking utensils which make cooking a meal very difficult.Although there is justified criticism here, it is correct also to say that if you are ok with the issues shown then this a very nice place to stay and if the improvements needed were to be made this would be a great place to stay but you do need a car!"
