「便利なロケーションです部屋も広く3人で快適に過ごせましたただ、レートチェックイン(といっても6時半)のため部屋番号、鍵の置き場所は全て当日の四時頃の連絡となり、電話が自信がなくメールで受け取ることにしていたのですが、freeWifi頼りの私たちはヒースロー空港ブリストル駅など異動先でスポットを見つけて確認しなければならずちょっと不安でしたまた建物の入り口を暗い中探すのに時間がかかり何度も人に聞く必要がありました土地勘がない方は詳しい地図などちょっと準備することを勧めますあとボイラーのトラブルがあり、時々お湯が止まりました。電話しましたが滞在中は改善せず何度かボタンをリセットして凌ぎました」

「Really loved staying in this studio - I booked it specifically to avoid hot and noisy hotels, especially as it was a heatwave when I stayed. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it.」

「First time I've ever stayed in a private room with shared bathroom and it was grand. The weird thing is that there were no towels provided and no tv in the room, kitchen utensils weren't that clean but I brought my own so not an issue. 「We had a lovely stay at Little Paradise, Greyfield Farm Cottages! The cottage was immaculate, cosy and had lots of amenities to make our stay feel just like being at home. "Lovely Restaurant, Disappointing Housekeeping & Reception Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The restaurant staff were very kind and polite, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere during meals. However, the reception experience and housekeeping were disappointing. When we checked in, the receptionist was initially friendly, but when I asked her some questions, her attitude became a bit intimidating and unhelpful, which made me uncomfortable. We stayed 4 nights. On one of the days, our room was not cleaned until 17:30, and we had to wait 30 minutes in the hallway. On another day, the towels were not replaced and no vacuuming was done. We informed the staff, but the manager didn’t seem to take the issue seriously. The manager didn’t seem to take the issue seriously. I expected more consistent service and better hospitality, especially from the front desk. The hotel itself is very cute and well-presented, and it could have become one of my favorite hotels — but unfortunately, it didn’t."
