The Loop - 3/2 w/ Golf Cart in The Village of Lynnhaven

This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house, in the Village of Lynnhaven, has an extra sitting room and lanai. Impeccably decorated! The living area and the bedrooms will make you feel like you are in central Florida at the beach. Enjoy grilling up dinner and then sitting on the outdoor lanai to indulge!

The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.


Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)

The Loop is in a great location - Close to Lake Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs Town Squares, Southern Trace Shopping Plaza, and restaurants galore! All the Squares in The Villages have nightly live music; you will not be bored in Florida's Friendliest Hometown. You will also be close to many pools, golf courses, pickleball courts, recreation centers, and country clubs. Take a ride South and enjoy the outdoor paths, Edna's on the Green, and Sawgrass Square for nightly live music.

Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking.

The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.
