「Friendly and helpful staff. Swift with help for concerns」

I check online and the king room was more expensive. So why would they not value me as a costumer? why is someone else more valuable to get my room? money? Why did I get recriminated? I really think Holiday Inn was very wrong about this with no further explanation. My money is the same then every one else no matter they status.」
