"The rooms were lovely. Pools great but busy. Annoying people having to put towels out to keep sun loungers. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Life guards really friendly and kind. Food excellent Smoking was allowed in lots of areas which we don’t agree with. One smoking area by kids pool and people smoking in the bar area and by pool which staff did nothing about"

"Positives: Clean Spacious House keeping staff - excellent Massage/spa - excellent Good food Drinks were fine We had a room with direct access to pool - excellent Shower pressure brilliant! Beach was brilliant for safe swimming in the sea - there is a small sand beach area but the main beach is stones so advise to take water shoes - it’s very clean and the water is crystal! Negatives: Require a taxi to anywhere other than the Hotel Front desk was a hit or miss with customer service...

Evening stuff was good Location is handy for Rhodes Old Town and the beach We went in April so it was good value for money Negatives Drinks were very watered down. Wine/Beer/Cocktails barely alcoholic Cleaners tried to come into the room every day at 8.30 despite having the sign on the door and saying no thank you every day Pool was freezing cold...
