"Very well organized, clean, and had a good breakfast before heading out for a cruise. Also, the shuttle service is fine."

"Room was pretty standard. TV had good quality and good channels selection. Shower door was weird and shower was small. Water has an odd color to it. Limited food choices, especially for children. Check- in desks were in an odd place. Elevator was crowded and difficult to use at times due to security feature requiring key card to go to guest floors. People sometimes missed their floor stops because they could not get to the card reader due to crowded elevator. "

"I was not a fan of the yellow water in our sink and toilet. We brushed our teeth with the bottled water provided and skipped washing our faces and showering because it was soooo gross. Fortunately we were hopping on a cruise the next day but it would have been an awful experience if we spent more days at the hotel. "

"Dirty bathroom that had a sewer backup smell, undersized bath towels, and a very loud exhaust fan. Cheap, tired room furniture. There's a pretty good sports bar/restaurant at the hotel next door, but other than that there is nothing within walking distance. The cruise port and airport shuttles are the best things this property has going for it. It's tolerable for a night before or after a cruise, but not really a longer stay. "
