"We had an amazing stay at Palmetto Beachfront Hotel in West Panama City Beach! The spacious room was perfect for us—comfortably big with all the cozy touches we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our visit feel special and stress-free. As two female lovers, we felt safe and truly at home here. "Two bed room was ideal for my husband and I and our two teens. There was plenty of space for us all. The view from the room was directly across from VB which was nice however it was loud as we were seemingly above an industrial aircon unit that ran 24/7. It was fine for me with my ear plugs in but something to consider. Check in was speedy and check out was easy. Room service pizza was enjoyed by the teens. Location is great. It’s definitely walkable to the park but the shuttle service is super reliable. Great entry level Universal hotel. "
