"First time staying here I always stay at the portofino resort decided to stay here because of the proximity to volcano bay I didn’t want to deal with shuttles or far away parking. I was extremely impressed with their staff they were all AMAZING especially the young lady at the front desk who check me in Kayla, she was a true professional knew her stuff and completely helpful from the start this hotel is very lucky to have someone like this working for them , she really elevated the experience"

"My wife and I stayed this week. It was her first time to New Orleans and we both absolutely loved our stayed. The Bourbon Orleans Hotel is such a beautiful hotel and I can't say enough how great every single staff person was. They really made our stay special. "Fantastic stay. Loews Miami Beach was perfect for our family, great amenities and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. We have stayed at a lot of different hotels on our trip and this was by far the best. The rooms and grounds were all well maintained and clean. Staff very courteous and helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE WAS INCREDIBLE. Seriously it is the best hotel I ever stayed. Beautiful view, pools are clean and everything in the hotel, is super clean, staff is amazing, everything was super smoothly and easy. Check in, check out, stayover. I really recommend it. I loved the free beach chairs. View from the hotel to the ocean was amazing. Breakfast could be much better and a lot more from the buffet, but service and everything was super nice."
