"I arrived after check"

"Hotel had the essentials. Atmosphere was cozy, pool was good. Rooms where clean and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Won't be staying here again. This hotel had the most confusing layout of any hotel we had ever been to and poor signage to the point I didn't even let my teen walk around by themself. The staff was not very helpful or knowledgable with the exception of Miguel at the front desk who was excellent. The parking garages were so tight and dark and hard to navigate. Positives were the rooms were spacious and nice and the two pool areas (if you can find them) were good. It was very hard to find seating at the water park as many seats cost extra. The kids eat free at Valencia was a nice perk. The marketplace with coffee and ice cream was nice to have as well. Overall the confusingness of the property and poorly trained staff and lack of seating at the water park did not outweigh the good for us. "
