「Excellent breakfast—eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits, waffles, coffee, juices etc. Love how a water dispenser filled w/ice & lemons at the elevator. Responsive to our asks for no-slip mat in walk in bath for elderly parent. But the 2nd person who handled our night check in was not customer service friendly. No pool available even though it was listed. Other guests at hotel were loud & dirty (dropped food in elevator, left trash on furniture—i felt for the staff which tried to keep up w/their...

「Although there was a slight snafu, regarding the pick-up location of the hotel shuttle, all worked out well. Enjoyed a pleasant conversation with the driver. Upon my arrival, check-in was quick & easy.. A room wasn't available since I was quite early, so it was suggested I could sit out near the pool, which I did. The lobby's set up nicely, with chairs & tables, with a hot coffee or tea station in the corner (24 hours, self-serve). For a quick eat, there's a McDonald's a few feet away from the...

「Great customer service, but it was noisy as hell and the beds were hard. Our first room had cars revving their engines outside all night and people stomping up and down the sidewalk talking loudly. We were moved to an upstairs room on the other side of the building, and that fixed the noise issue but then the AC unit was rattling all night long. If you stay here, bring a white noise machine or a good pair of earplugs. 」

「The first room they gave us had issues. Toilet would not flush, tv remote came apart and had food on it. We asked to move to another room and it was much better. The outside of the building needed work done. It is an old place and it shows. Breakfast each morning was great.」
