「Loved the access to the beach. The fact that you are pet-friendly. So happy with the vinyl floors and the bathroom was perfect. I didn't like the noise from the guests above me.」

「The staff was very nice and helpful. there was a horrible neighbor with kids that played and shouted loudly until extremely late - it was pretty terrible, but that's not the motel's fault. I'm giving it 4 stars because the beds were extremely old - the mattresses literally dipped down visibly in the middle - and the sink/counters/etc., were all rusted or blackened. But as I said, the staff was great and it was very clean. 」

「This is run as an old-fashioned motel, and they truly care about their guest's experience. We had four people staying in one room, so they made a point of putting us in a specific room, because it had a bigger hot water heater. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed at the same place last year because we enjoyed it so much.」

The one downside was the foam mattress was not comfortable for my husband and it had a plastic cover on it that became damp and sticky during the night. A nice mattress topper would help that.」

Being just a stone's throw away from the beach was a dream, especially with the added bonus of having it nearly all to ourselves. Plus, their thoughtful provision of a hose outside made cleaning up our two furry friends a breeze after their sandy romps. Overall, an enchanting experience that left us feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly content.」

「This was a cute cottage and a perfect place for us to stay. It was conveniently close to the beach and a short drive to town. We loved watching the geese in the yard.」

「My husband and I stayed at this upstairs condo for 2 nights. It was so clean and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen, but there appeared to be everything needed to cook. We ate at the restaurants close to the condo and were able to walk to the beach. Definitely recommend!」

「We really enjoyed Sylvia and Larry's cabin located at the scenic North Fork of the Smith River. The cabin was very comfortable and relaxing. The shaded babbling brook with chairs and a hammock were great spots to rest or read next to the cabin. The owners have a house on the property (a private in-holding within the Smith River National Recreation Area) but we still felt like we had a lot of privacy. They were friendly and helpful hosts.
