"Clean room"

"Overall, this hotel had some strong positives, but the service inconsistencies made the stay more frustrating than it should have been. On the plus side, the location is excellent -- close to plenty of restaurants and entertainment, making it easy to get around without much hassle. The staff was consistently friendly in interactions and the room itself was spacious and clean, which was very nice. Breakfast was also had good options to start the day. The pool was very nice, but not heated, so it was VERY cold. Unfortunately, the downsides were hard to overlook. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water -- despite notifying maintenance every day and being assured it would be fixed, the shower remained cold throughout the stay. There was also no offer to switch rooms or other options to make it right, which was disappointing. Additionally, basic amenities required repeated requests. For example, the room was booked for four people but only stocked with three sets of towels and housekeeping did not replenish items like paper towels. I received a text at the beginning of my stay letting me know I could text with anything I needed. I tried this for both the towels and the paper towels and received a response that they would get those to me...however we often had to go to the front desk ourselves to ask a second time and sometimes the requests still weren't fulfilled. "Pet friendly, room was clean . Would appreciate more towels. Tv had no remote, no Netflix or Youtube options. Too much activity around. They charge $50 deposit without notice … they checked before refund which i don't mind. For what they have to offer is a NO! "

"The location was phenomenal for family fun at the water park and various restaurants & patios in the area. We walked everywhere and the kids enjoyed the outdoor entertainment with the nightly water show and live music."

"After a 13 hour long drive to Dallas, the entrance lock was not working and we had to call for the property manager (I found out later she was the owner) to bring a key. It seams this was not only our experience but the people before us as well. This property is listed to sleep 10 and up to 13 people; there were only 6 very thin falling apart towels and no soap in the bathrooms. She was nice to order some thru Amazon that we got 2 days later, but my family had already left that night to get some. The dryer door when you try opening it, it stays in your hand. The dishwasher door has to be pulled to the side in order to close. The front and back yard looks like it has not been mowed since last year and the fence is falling apart. (No safe at all for our dog to stay in the yard) Not to mention the insane amount of bugs that welcome you in the front entrance. Definitely not the place to stay if you are looking for a home away from home. We decided to ride out our stay, just because we had no place to go with our dog, we are exhausted from a long trip and we had paid for this house already. The lady is a very nice lady trying to accommodate us but honestly, never again. I later looked at the reviews, there was only 1 from January and it was rated low.
