「Nice clean place to stay. I didn’t realize this was once a hospital but it is a unique building」

「very pleasant hotel」

「Good breakfast」

「The only big complaint was we stayed for 4 nights and never had maid service. We only needed towels replaced and never got them. I never complained because we left so early and got back so late we worked it out. I could have gone down to get more towels at the desk but was hopeful they would show up the next day and they never did.」

「The staff were incredibly kind; even though the shuttle bus was nearby, they got it ready for me immediately, which put me at ease—especially since it was my first time staying in Albuquerque. 「Great place to stay but the parking was a disaster. The map was difficult to read and staff didn’t notify us that a street was closed to get to the only parking lot that wasn’t full. Would pay extra if they offered valet just cause the different parking garages are very confusing.」

「Zazz is jazzy and fun! Easy checkin and a funky east central vibe. The well-appointed motel room was the perfect balance of exotic and local, low rider and jalopy, speakeasy and bright neon. What a night!」

「The room stinks, front desk is unfriendly.」

「Breakfast was excellent.」
