Room was very affordable. Clean. Front desk is very polite and helpful. Close to airport.

I had an excellent stay at Centro WestSide by Rotana in Istanbul. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived, especially from the young gentleman at the front desk. He was incredibly hospitable, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. He truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The level of customer service at this hotel is exceptional—honestly, even better than Amazon’s famous customer service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I sincerely appreciate the front desk team for making my experience so memorable.

We came early evening and the room was not ready. When we got in, the floor had water spots and a feather (down) on the floor. From the entrance one has to walk through the dining facility which made it a fairly busy place to try to have a relaxing meal. At dinner we got a table så wobbly (one adjusting screw was missing). My son used the tip of his shoe to stabilize it. Then I asked for orange juice for breakfast. What I got was something akin to Cool-Aid, but MUCH worse. Honestly, at a HILTON hotel. It was no better than a midpriced motel.
