モーゼル川のホステル

「This was a lovely hotel in an area that we wanted to explore. The service, room and restaurant were all fantastic. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed being able to go outside and walk along the Rhine, and enjoy the view of the Chateau, vineyards and area. Parking was very easy and safe. Only complaint is that some of the switches were hard to figure out, esp in the bathroom… maybe when the staff shows you the room, make sure to inquire! 」

「Very Nice Room clean and big, but Lacking amenities, no kettle, no slippers, nothing but towels and soap. Not even the possibility to get a coffee served in your room to take advantage of the private terrace. 」

「Tout était bien mais très gênés par les travaux à l extérieur mais marteau piqueur dès le matin c est fatigant . Ils auraient pu prévenir décevant !!! Mais tout le reste est ok 」

「Die Anlage is zur Zeit eine grosse Baustelle. Anfahrt zum Hotel unmöglich und kein freier Parkplatz in der Nähe. Als ich mich beim Rezeptionisten beschwerte, dass bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde, meinte ein arroganter Rezeptionist das sei Sache von Expedia und nicht vom Hotel. Zimmer sind klein und nicht sehr komfortabel. Bad ist klein und es gibt kein Bidet, und dies in einem Spa!? Das Personal war weder sehr professionell noch besonders zuvorkommend. Wellness ist gut.
