「My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW」

「Overall, awesome. Great location, lovely premises and rooms, good service, helpful staff, you name it, they did it well.」

「My stay at Kimpton Margot was great and I'm glad that I chose this hotel for my first trip to Sydney. It is conveniently located in the city surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a short walk to public transportation. The hotel has a luxurious feel and the afternoon social hour with drinks was an added treat.」

「Very good」

「Friendly and helpful staff, amazing view, convenient location.」

「Room was clean and well enough equipped for the price. VERY creaky floors though. Parking is street parking. Off peak that wasn’t an issue within a short walk. Some road noise but nothing that stopped me sleeping. Bed was comfy.」
