"Friendly desk staff. Good location. Good complimentary breakfast with different options. No in-room coffee maker, but the breakfast opens at 7am. The room was small with no closet. It needed some pegs for hanging clothes, a small shelf in the bathroom for toiletry items, and a light for the small "desk" area. But overall, a nice little hotel and a comfortable stay. I expect to return."

"Found e good deal on a king room in lower Manhattan. Like most hotels in the area, the room is much smaller than you'd expect anywhere else, but for NYC you can't complain. Room was clean & hotel was safe. King bed was sagging pretty bad in the middle by the head of the bed. You could tell many people have had to sit up in bed and lean against the headboard for where the mattress was worn, but with only one office chair as an alternative, there's not a lot of options. Housekeeping did a great job as well."

"Staff was friendly and welcoming, room and bathroom was excellent, except for the thermostat. There must have been something wrong with the fan but other than that, it was a great hotel and I will definitely return."
