ザ・ヘリテージセンター周辺のホテル

「Stayed with my son and daughter. Very comfortable stay with new building, equipments and so on. Design and atmosphere is like Disneyland but more natural and wild.」

「朝食が美味しいし、種類が豊富。」

「Property was convenient for Stratford. Bed very comfortable. A great selection of quality toiletries. Owners were welcoming and advised us of recommended places to eat prior to our visit. As we were staying on a Saturday evening we were able to book a table in advance at what was a very popular venue. Would definitely stay when in the area in the future.」

「Very quiet and spacious. Sleep was great, with a good selection of pillows.」

「Large recently upgraded hotel great facilities. Clean. Car parking a problem no doubt because many event rooms all packed on saturday night. Bath ouldnt be emptied as drain lifter broken , reported. Really good breakfast. Lovley large room.」

「There is no one to check you in or ask questions to until after 5 pm or so. The front desk isn't staffed in the morning but I finally found someone cleaning a room the following morning. He told me they would not store my small but somewhat heavy bag for pick-up after 5 pm when a front desk person would be there. I said I didn't mind waiting until 5 pm to come back for the bag. He then changed their excuse for refusing to hold the bag to "we can't be responsible for it". I wasn't asking them...

「A beautiful spot and a lovely old mill building that has been renovated very well indeed. Rooms are very nicely decorated and appointed, with comfy beds and pillows.」

「Check in was great, polite and efficient. The room was OK. Breakfast Saturday was ok but below the normal standard of a Holiday Inn Express. Sunday the breakfast and service was dreadful. Saturday morning we had no teaspoons but Sunday, there were no plates, no knives or forks. The sausages were anemic, completely undercooked, there were no hash browns, no beans, no scrambled egg. The tables weren't being cleared, when the plates did eventually turn up after a long wait we then find that...

「Environment was sparkling clean .I would fault it for anything. i slept like a baby peaceful and quiet I forgot I was not at home. The bath was fantastic high pressure and hot . The staff was professional at all times」

「バスタブがなかったのが不満」

「The complementary hand soap and shampoo containers were empty upon my arrival and did not get refilled when I brought it to their attention. On the other hand they provided me with lots of ice and decaffeinated tea when requested.」
