Völlig unfähiges Management. Die Zimmer brauchen Zugangscode. Erste Nacht kamen Leute und mussten mit im Zimmer schlafen weil 2x der Code rausgeben wurde. Jeden Tag gab es Probleme. Niemand vor Ort. Hotline nicht besetzt. Zimmer ekelhaft!

Nooit weer
Kamer was niet schoon, Doucheslang was lek waardoor douchen lastig werd en de badkamer kletsnat. Onpersoonlijk, we hebben niemand gezien alleen 3 X iemand aan de lijn gehad die steeds iets anders vertelde. Voor ons niet weer.

highly inconvenient and unfriendly owner
" the owner said to ask in shops and request them to leave our baggage there"
we reached prior to check-in time and there was no one to open the door and we were supposed to receive the code for the door via email. we didn't receive that and had to call up. we even told her over the phone we had done online booking (gave booking ref, name) but the owner wouldn't believe and instead of helping gave us a very stupid idea to knock on every shop nearby and request them to keep our baggage until evening. we went to a tourist information office and asked them to help and they were very kind to speak with the owner and thereafter she gave us the code via SMS. we wasted 2 hours in this hassle

Quality is Poor
Service very poor. Hand towels instead of bathing towels. No washing liquid for the dishes, I had to buy one. Shower is leaking from the head plus it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get hot water. Its a self checking which is fine but no one cares when you phone to request for a thing. No TV.
