"Negative: No hairdryer provided. Constant emails & texts as didn’t bring one. Not avail until 3 days later then he said “there was one, will this do”. No sorry for not providing as per booking. Not enough towels - only 3 for whole house. This was brought up at the start with hairdryer. Constant interruption to get these items - which only came when the dishwasher flooded the kitchen. Due to not enough towels to clean up, he showed up unannounced bc I had phone on & off as on break. Caught me in...

"The location is unbearable, right opposite southern cross station. All amenities are within walking distance. The front desk personal are friendly and helpful. Clean, warm & comfortable room. The jacuzzi and sauna are good. Enjoy the breakfast and the 2 - 3pm chocolate time 😘"

"We had a fantastic time as our first stay at this park. We’ve been to Inverloch many times and thought we would try this new park and I must say it was a great stay for families with kids. Plenty to do - water park, indoor pool, playground, jumping pillow, bike park, games room! The works! We will definitely be returning. "

" Fantastic views from the room I stayed in. Great location. A really nice resort with friendly staff. The room furniture could use an upgrade, but everything was kept clean. The pool was nice and warm on Friday, but the water temperature dropped on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday — maybe the "pool boy" was away"
