"This was our second visit to the carriage house. We love having a kitchen, the natural light, the amazing shower, and the proximity to downtown Lafayette and its restaurants and shops. The only challenge for us is our different waking/sleeping schedules, but we made it work."

"We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a road trip around Colorado, with 2 young kids and 4 adults.The place was immaculate, spacious and had everything the listing promised. Compared to many other places we stayed at it was even fairly toddler proof, which was a nice surprise. In short we were very happy with our stay here. Lovely place, can highly recommend."

"The condo had everything our family of 5 needed for an enjoyable stay during our visit to Boulder County and Denver. Quiet location within walking distance of Waneka Lake. The property was clean, allergen free (we have a cat allergy), and contained all amenities needed to accommodate our needs. We were very comfortable and would stay here again. "
