「The hotel was fine overall. Would have liked a complimentary breakfast, but the stay was fine.
Whoever designed the shower needs a new job. There is no seal or anything to divert the water around the shower door so the floor is always covered in water, and if you are not careful, it can be a lot of water. 」
「This was a fabulous hotel. Would have rated higher but ac in the room which worked great made an annoying sound Not loud but annoying at night. Maintenance was quick to check it out but I think there was nothing that could be done. Breakfast was great, staff was attentive. Pool and hot tub were great. No other complaints very convenient and quiet location. 」
「The concierge was very helpful. After a long24 hour drive from Tallahassee Florida to Denver Colorado wit 30 minutes of sleep and a 10 hour shift of work renovation of the FSu stadium o was beat. She was super nice, and charming. When my dog forced me to get locked out of the room she helped us back in and carried part of my DoorDash meal as we trekked back to the 4th floor. She was a breath of fresh air. 」
