「Quick check in. Wanted a first floor room and had to beg to get it. Should have put that in my reservation request. Breakfast is not much unless you want cold cereal or a waffle. But Waffle House and Shoney’s is 1 minute away. It was quiet and all the guests respectful. They asked each day is I wanted maid service. Beds we’re comfortable. 」

「I found this hotel to be an excellent choice to stay in while have cataract eye surgery in Knoxville Tennessee! It close to my surgeon office plus it has so many places to eat and shop while such a very close proximity to my eye doctor! It provides my breakfast a nice area to dog walk and the associates that work here are very super nice and friendly! The lady on second shift that checked me in was SO NICE that I chose to come back again and stay for my second surgery! 」

While we checked in around 3pm, the room housekeeping staff was not finished cleaning. The bathroom had not been completely cleaned and they were still making their final check and apologized for the incomplete cleaning and finished quickly.
All was good otherwise. 」
「This is one of my favorite spots in Knoxville! The staff is always friendly! The rooms and amenities here are fantastic, and they even had entertainment (live music) in the lobby!」
