"Great place "

"We went there for my birthday. Our room was dirty outlet cover was off but things was plugged in thank god our children wasn't with us they are small and thats dangerous. Microwave had a short in the cord wires was showing and was sparkling. The tv you could hardly see its old and no cable. The blankets was dirty and thin and very rough feeling. The room next door had a Bluetooth speaker and played music so loud all night long the bass shook the walls nothing was done about it wass are paper then and we went even talk about the pot small all though the hotel worst stay ever i should pictures to front desk as i was leaving she wrote everything down. "

"I had an oceanfront suite and the views were beautiful. Everything was clean and it had everything I needed in the room if I decided to cook.. I believe that the cost was very reasonable and I am very satisfied as I had a 12th floor suite."

"Room was exactly as described and the whirlpool tub was a nice amenity. Being right on the ocean was a huge plus for us and convenient access to the boardwalk was great."

"Disappointed the roof bar was not open but staff friendliness in every department was outstanding. An excellent stay. "

"Decent rooms, elevators are sketchy, fitness room was decent could be better, free breakfast had options but no syrup for waffles, only complaining about that because I ended up wasting half because I didn’t know ahead of time. 2 min walk to the boardwalk/beach. Starbucks in the Harris teeter next door. Great walkability."

"It's was all around great time"

"Our stay at sandcastle was marred with unforseen occurances. Our jacuzzi broke and flooded our room. Mot able to use all week. They did adjust the final payment to dec. total price of final payment. The room was good otherwise. Took long time to get hot water to 9th floor for wash and shower. Loved the veranda that faced the ocean. Breakfast very good. Hotel was fixing front entrance all of our stay. Las palmas rest. Very good, smile 4 miles store helpful in lobby. Staff couteous. Overall good, a 3 star hotel as advertised"
