Furthermore, there is a pervasive and unpleasant odor throughout the entire hotel. I formally requested to be relocated; however, the alternative room offered was smaller and featured beds that were equally, if not more, unsatisfactory."

"Nothing to like. Dirty. Very poorly maintained. On the main road right next to a 7-Eleven. No soap. No hangers. Uncomfortable bed and awful pillows. Very dirty floors, bathroom, even the phone was filthy. I had to switch rooms immediately because the first room had diarrhea in the toilet all over the inside and a hand towel had been used. They didn't even really believe me and can't into to room and flushed the toilet!!! I was only meant to be there three nights and left one day early, paid extra for an early flight home because it was so bad! I asked for a discount and got no answer. Do not book here."
