「It was an excellent place to stay. The staff was phenomenal. We did not have any issues at all. Their elevator was down, but they accommodated the residence extremely well. They had a staff member stay in the elevator and help residence to get to their floors. They did a great job in a really difficult situation. The view from the hotel is amazing The boardwalk outside is incredible. You just can’t get a better place to stay!」
「This property was absolutely amazing. I have stayed at many hotels in Virginia Beach, and this was definitely one of the best. The kitchen was equipped with full sized appliances, it was clean, and everything was in working condition. 「The front desk staff were friendly and easy to work with. They allowed us to park in the lot prior to check-in so we could get our vacation started right away. Not only that, they CALLED me to let me know our room was ready several hours early and we were welcome to check-in any time. This was great because it had started to rain. They were always busy, but took the time to be kind and it made a huge difference for us. 」
