"The sink is cracked. The baseboard was coming off the wall. The Fridge wasn’t working The shower handle is loose. The shower ceiling had peeling paint throughout. The drawers was still have leftover tags from the previous guest For the price, this was far too expensive for the condition of the room. I have stayed in hotels with much better conditions for a much lower cost. "

"This was our 3rd year staying here. The location is excellent for our stay. Our room was adequate, but did not feel clean upon arrival. Floors had sand and debris all over them. Bathroom had hair all over it. Second morning of our stay, there was no water for a short time. Every time we flushed the toilet it sounded like a jet taking off inside the wall. Our room was very close to the elevator and we had several nights of not being able to get to sleep until after midnight due to loud voices, doors slamming and kids running around. One of the hot tubs was not functional, the other one was not hot, cooler than the pool. Only 1 elevator out of 3 was working most of the stay. Just seemed to be alot of maintenance lacking this time. "

"Under construction. Noisy, door to the snack and go would not open. No prices on 6 packs water or 12 pack of soda checking in is confusing. It’s across the street. Had to call front desk numerous times. Not enough coffee, sugar,creamer,towels, etc and they knew we had 4 adults. "

"I did not check in, I pulled in to the hotel parking lot and did not feel safe to get out of my car. There were cars of people partying, all kinds of things going on. I left and had to book elsewhere. I was unable to check in due to not feeling safe. I did not get to see the room or have any interaction with the staff due to the activites going on in the parking lot."
