"Aeverything was great , only thing that they failed in , is the TV connection to let you use apps like netflix , youtubetv , hulu,etc ... their system wasnt working i would connect my phone to their wofi but still couldn't cast what i wanted to watch , when i called fromt desk i was told they cant do anything about it"

"First off i had no hot water the whole time management wasnt the best with the situation and than the housekeeping is terrible they kept unlocking my door after I told them I was staying over. A guy barged in while I was trying to get dress"

"It was a nice room the only thing I didn't like was the fire alarm going off in the night and having to go all the way down upstairs and wait by the bus stop just to come to find out that it was 8th floor not 6th floor so I could've stayed in my room the entire time.. it was loud and cold and annoying and then nobody even told us what you do I feel like they need to be more on top of it if they have fire like that they need to walk to each room and tell them they need to leave the floor that just let the fire alarm to it"

"There is nothing near by to walk to especially when it is cold and snowing out. They don't have a liquor license so you cant gamble and drink there. To get to the garage for parking you have to leave there go down the hill to the stop sign. Then you have to make your way back up the hill. Its on a one way road. Not very convenient at all"

Frozen, vegan burritos for $12 that you can get from king Soopers for $1.99 or the “Croissant Collection” was actually frozen hockey pucks smaller than the palm of my hand (I am only 5 ft tall) they didn’t even have the frittatas. Sold as a “ “Luxury Resort”, I had a “suite”, asked for the celebration package, someone called me, told me they were to busy but could probably have balloons in the room. No balloons. If you want an actual meal, I would suggest bringing a Colman grill, if possible & your own food. A drink at the bar consists of a child’s size glass of whatever you want & if you would like a normal size drink like you would get at normal a bar, you will have to ask for and pay for a double. Make sure you pay attention to your account for a few days after your stay. $10.98 was debited from my account for Tampax tampons (Not that time of the month for me) which I never asked for or received. I was told they would “Review the cameras & let me know if I get refunded for it”. “Luxury Resort”, not it. Glamping experience, it kind of was. The people that work the place are super sweet and honest. We had a lady that played the accordion sang beautifully. The domes are super clean and a fun area for sleeping. Don’t book off of Expedia though. What should have been a stay for $613.19 ended up costing me $376.08 more. Should have booked through the Nest website. "
