"Our check-in experience was okay. We tried using the kiosk, but it wasn’t very reliable. We received a text around 3:30 PM saying our room was ready and arrived a little after 4 PM. The staff was helpful, and they weren’t sure why the kiosks seem to always have issues. Once checked in, we received our room keys and headed to our Wizard-themed room. Overall, the room was clean, but the dusting could definitely be improved. The carpet also needs a good shampoo our socks were filthy after walking around on it. Everything else in the room was fine, and the texting service was excellent. They responded very quickly whenever we had questions. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It wasn’t great and was extremely crowded, which made the experience less enjoyable. Despite those issues, we had a good overall stay and would definitely stay again!"

"Beautiful home! Very cozy and we could see the ocean which was a plus! Felt very safe in the neighborhood. Overall loved this option verses a hotel. The host was so kind and offered her assistance to make us comfortable. Loved :)"

"The place was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and the ladies at the kitchen were friendly. The only thing was when I arrive at 7pm the room was not ready. They gave me another but room when paid little extra to have sunset view and I got the fwy view."
