The staff were really nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. We went there in the coldest weather and the outdoor hot spa was just amazing. Best Western Plus Parry Sound
Moldy grout in the shower. Only two towels. Was not as clean despite the staff on their hands and knees cleaning the floor in the lobby. Isabelle at the bar is a delight though.

Lake Joseph Luxury Retreat
The cottage and property were both very nice. There were more items in the house than I expected, many appliances and cookware that were helpful in the kitchen, puzzles, cleaning products, etc.
