"Our check-in experience was a delight with Henrietta sharing fabulous details about the 100 year old hotel. She also poured us a glass of prosecco to welcome us. It was a great touch. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the beds were definitely a step up from the standard Courtyard. The only negative was that the lobby bar/restaurant was not staffed our first evening and that was the only night we did not have dinner plans."

"This property is in a great location, Parking is easy. Very clean and the people are nice. Especially the morning breakfast man and Maya. The odd thing about the hotel is that they don't have a traditional overhang to drive under to drop off your bags and check in. This probably stood out to me because it was a rainy weekend. The hotel smelled good and was easy to navigate. They also have a better breakfast than average. I felt this was a safe location and went out at night too."

"This was my second time staying at The Inn on Third, and it was as excellent as my first trip. Staying here is like staying in a friend's home. Sure, the rooms are on the small side and the tv in the rooms are also small, but there's a continental breakfast in the morning and an evening social from 5 to 7 pm each night, with your first beer or glass of wine on the house - and others beyond that only $2 each. Brian and Stephanie make everyone feel right at home, and it's terrific to sit in the lobby area (more like a living room) and talk with other guests. Both times I was there to see my White Sox play the Rays at Tropicana Field, and it's a straight 25-minute walk to the stadium - with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops along the way. Love this place - and can also highly recommend the Voodoo Brewing Company right around the corner; it's also staffed with incredibly friendly folks, has an excellent selection of beers, and has a menu of beyond-bar-food."

"Our stay was wonderful. Our only complaints were that the tabletop shuffleboard was pretty much not usable. There was no sand on the board which is essential. My husband and I love love to play shuffleboard while hanging out so this was a bit of a bummer for us. The second thing is that there was a huge pool party scheduled for Sunday at 1 till 5 in the afternoon. The problem is that it was open to the public. The pool is small. So the pool was unusable at this time which is a shame because we had planned Sunday afternoon as our downtime to relax. We had no prior knowledge of this prior to checking in otherwise we may have adjusted our stay. Other than this, the hotel is in a great spot. Walking distance to many restaurants. If you are headed to a rays game, the hotel is an easy 3 minute walk."
