ALL beds feature new luxury linens and tempur pedic mattress toppers. The bathroom includes a spacious shower with unlimited tankless hot water and plenty of towels. Only a 2 min walk to public bathrooms and showers. The space offers heating and dual AC to keep you comfortable. A large private gazebo with outdoor kitchen and patio seating is on the lot. Large grass area adjacent to the lot for play and relaxation. Golf, swimming pool, and pickleball within short walking distance. Pickleball paddles available for use!
