「I was traveling with my my 17 year old daughter. I did not feel safe and left within 5 minutes of arriving. We travel all over the USA and we've stayed in san pedro and San ignacio. We are not divas by any means. We love to camp so when I say it was bad it was. The door handle did not latch let alone lock. There was a dead bolt that worked. Nine of the windows locked. The inside of the building was 97° Fahrenheit. With no ac and only a small oscillating fan it wasn't cutting it. There was no...

「We LOVED our little apartment. You can be part of the laid back, in town vibe on the front porch or step inside and close the curtains for privacy. On site owner is friendly and very helpful with local info. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants or cook for ourselves as desired. Groceries, fruit/veggie stands are easy walking distance, safe parking, and the apartment contains everything necessary. We will definitely return!」

「I loved this property as it was in the heart of the Garifuna culture. Once you get your bearings and just smile and walk the street and beach, you find amazingly friendly people. The room was simple and functional with a large balcony overlooking the street and beach. Drums banged away until 9PM and stopped sharply. We went a block away and discovered a family business called QueenBean. The son served us drinks on swings right on the beach. The mom cooked us amazing food and the aunty can give...

「I was looking for something quiet and out of the way of the major tourist areas and this was perfect! No noise, no golf carts but walking distance to everything. It was incredibly clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. The bathroom is gorgeous! I If I wasn't diving or riding my bike, I was in the hammock listening to the waves or star gazing. Will absolutely be back!」

「Enjoyed the privacy and view from the studio. The breeze made sleeping and relaxing very enjoyable. Appreciated the paddle board and kayak. The summary of itineraries in the blue folder helped us considerably. We enjoyed our tour to Red Bank (Raul) to see the Scarlet McCaws. Went to the Cockscomb Sanctuary and floated the river and hiked to the waterfall. Ate at recommended restaurants. All in all it was a fabulous 8 days. 「This place was just as described right in the center of town. The included bikes make it easy to get to the beaches, restaurants, and most of town. Wade is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area and will guve suggestions to anything you need. The unit is clean and includes everything you need for a great stay. We will be back on our next trip.」

「The property was a little smaller than we expected, so it was a little less ventilated than we hoped. However, the beachfront was very peaceful and mostly quiet. The location is also very convenient. Whenever we had issues Mirko was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would book again. 」

「First off, the owners and manager are awesome. They are very responsive, and communicate very well. The location was perfect for us, in the middle of Hopkins town. You are able to get the feel for day to day life of the residence. The people were fantastic. The place is nice and quaint, but we loved it. My wife and I both agree, the only thing it was lacking was a couch in the lounge. But honesty, we loved the place and our time in Belize. Nice work!!」
