"Attentive staff. Breakfast was tasty "

"We loved it"

"Excelente Hotel"

"Clean and close to downtown "

"Excelente"

"It was our first time to Xalapa and booking here definitely was the right choice. Clean room, great staff, big breakfast variety. Only downside was our outlet in the bathroom had water damage, this didn’t affect our stay at all though. Definitely would book here again when re-visiting! "

"Good place for a good price."

"The rooms are old and they smell of food"

"Great location, for a great price."

"Nice area and staffs are nice."

"Excellent location "

"This hotel, isn’t not cleaning. The towels haven’t dried."

"Good place to rest, but it’s an old building."

"This place is awesome. Just a short walk to the Zocalo, but still far enough so that you'll have a good night's rest without the nighttime noises of Centro. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are in immaculate condition; this place is still very new, after all. Will return to this place on any future trip to Xalapa, for sure."

"This was a really great hotel. The staff was really accommodating and were welcoming to no Spanish speaking guests. "

"It was a cute hotel, though because it is located on a corner busy area there’s lots of noise and the outside lights were on the whole night outside our windows. Also small bathroom but overall it was a good experience and would stay there again. Thank you"
