"Way too loud, vending machines didnt work, we woke up super congested and feeling sick. The beds were nice, parking sucks. "

"I found this hotel to be dumpy, and our room was not as clean as I would’ve liked. The sheets were also scratchy When we first tried checking in, I asked the person behind the desk to please keep my credit card low because I was able to read the number on the back and she just argued with me that she would never put my credit card information at risk. I tried to tell her she wouldn’t intentionally. And she said she wouldn’t. But the same time if people can read my credit card number than she is putting my credit information at risk whether she realizes it or not. Instead of arguing with me over this, she should’ve just held my credit card lower. We had a very long wait before we could check in, which tells you that the room had multiple people in it. If we would’ve arrived an hour earlier, we would’ve left and gone elsewhere. I cannot recommend this place at all."

"Beautiful hotel. Had a lovely stay. Please use real plates and cutlery for your breakfast buffet. It’s terribly wasteful to use paper and plastic."

"Clean, comfortable, a little noisy due to the freeway. I had a good dinner over at the steak house, slept great in the comfy beds and the shower was awesome and invigorating! The only thing missing was having my family with me, this is always where we stopped on road trips to Missouri."

"The kitchenette had nothing in it. No utensils, knives spoons, forks,pans, plates,....nothing. the room had no toaster OR coffee maker. Cooktop was great, full size refrigerator was great. I had to stop and buy basic utensils and a pan, plus plates to eat off of. The bed was HORRIBLE. The most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept on. And even though it cam with 3 pillows. They were absolutely worthless. The deflated the minute you laid on them. All 3 were used on top of each other and i woke up with a massive headache/neckache. Not to mention my entire body ached because of the bed. Was exhausted the entire stay because a good nights sleep was impossible. I am in yown for work every week. I did not rebook for the reasons listed above. Will choose better accommodations elsewhere."
