MAGNIFICENT MEDITERRANEAN STYLE VILLA IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 8 guests.

LAYOUT : The villa TALARIS, of Mediterranean construction, is distributed over two floors. The main entrance is at the side of the villa, leading to a hall and from there to the ground floor. Through the connecting door we will access two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Between the two bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower. From one of the bedrooms we access the hallway where we find the staircase to the upper floor. This leads to the upper terrace area. From here we find the living room, dining room and the kitchen in a large and bright space. To the left is the living room with two two-seater sofas, a coffee table and a television. Right next to it is the dining table with seating for all the guests. Behind the living room is the open kitchen with all the basics for preparing any kind of meal. One of the two bedrooms is the master bedroom with a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. On this floor is the second bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR: Villa TALARIS has a large garden with several areas to disconnect and enjoy our stay. Upon entering the property, we access a large parking space where we can park up to 4 vehicles depending on their size. On the other side of the property there are several areas: the first and most important is the swimming pool, surrounded by several sun loungers. In front of it there is a pergola with a table and chairs for all the guests to eat outside while enjoying a swim. Next to it there is a pool table and a ping pong table.

SITUATION: Villa TALARIS offers beautiful views of the sea. Situated in a very quiet area, the villa is only a few minutes drive from all types of amenities and leisure facilities such as: beach, the charming village of Moraira, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and water activities.
