Villa El Portet Beach is a luxury 10 person villa located in the luxury El Portet district of Moraira. Just 1 km from the nice town of Moraira and 150 m from the beach, everything can be reached on foot. Various cozy restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Even the supermarket is around the corner. Villa El Portet Beach has a nice swimming pool and large outdoor kitchen with a fixed BBQ. In addition, a beautiful lounge terrace with a wide view of the sea to even the IFACH rock at Calpe.
The stay in our beautiful Spanish villa with a large naja leaves nothing to be desired!
The Mediterranean garden surrounding the villa is also a picture. For the sportive there is a kayak and a SUP surfboard in the garage.
The villa has a quiet location with lots of privacy. The road in front of the house is a dead end, only a staircase to the sea at the end.
The villa is built on 2 levels with a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, various terraces and a wonderful swimming pool with lots of privacy. This villa guarantees a great holiday!
We have another house since 2015 which is certainly worth it. This is slightly higher on the mountain, about 400 m from the sea with a beautiful sea view. Living room 1 and kitchen - Ground floor
Spacious, bright living room with Spanish tiled floor, open kitchen (equipped with all conveniences such as dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, (Nespresso) coffee makers), with sitting area and dining area. However, you will want to spend most of your time on the adjoining naja (covered terrace) or at the swimming pool with adjoining outdoor kitchen. The naja can be reached from the living room through the large sliding doors.


Bedroom 1 - Ground floor (same level as the living room and kitchen)
A spacious room with windows with mosquito nets and air conditioning. Lots of wardrobe space. On this floor there is also a large bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.


Bedroom 2 - Ground floor
Beautiful spacious bedroom on the ground floor with built-in wardrobe, mosquito nets in the windows and air conditioning. Opposite the bedroom are the bathroom with bath and toilet.


Bedroom 3 - Ground floor
Smaller but cozy bedroom with fitted wardrobes and close to the outside door to the swimming pool. Is also equipped with an air conditioner.


Bedroom 4 - Basement
Spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobe and equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning. In the bedroom is the door to the spacious ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.


Bedroom 5 - Basement
Spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobe and equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Outside this bathroom is also a seperate shower which is next to the Sauna.

Nice heated swimming pool to swim laps, play or relax on an air mattress.
