Great location in a tranquil setting. Not far from the lovely town of Moraira or the coast but you need a car to get about. Excellent out door area around the pool and a very good pool too. Lovely verandah overlooking the pool. All the furnishings are there but beds in one particular bedroom are terrible. Air con in only 2 of the 3 bedrooms and one of those units didn't work!Didn't like some of the penalties mentioned in the villa guide book, nor the fact that the big damages deposit (600) was actually taken rather than just blocked on the credit card. I'd book it again but I would also like to see the opportunity for a welcome food/drink package; there was absolutely nothing in the villa. There are some minor issues that need attending to (e.g. sink plugs missing or don't fit/work) that just show a little more TLC is required to make it a perfect villa.
